Wycliffe “Wyc” K. Grousbeck is the majority owner and Governor of the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association. Grousbeck was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, and attended Noble and Greenough School in Dedham. Grousbeck graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in history and rowed on the Ivy League and National rowing championship-winning lightweight crew team in 1983. Grousbeck earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1986 and his M.B.A. (Miller Scholar) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1992.
