Jan-Lennard Struff is a German professional tennis player.

Born on 25 April 1990 in Warstein, West Germany, Struff turned professional in 2009.

Seven years later, he reached the third round of the Paris Masters as a qualifier, his best showing at the Masters 1000 level thus far, after beating world No. 3 Stan Wawrinka, saving a match point.

The following year, Struff reached the semifinals of both Winston-Salem and St. Petersburg.

Two years later, Struff started his season at the Brisbane International, losing in the first round to Jérémy Chardy.

At the ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand, he upset fourth seed, Pablo Carreño Busta, in the quarterfinals but was defeated in the semifinals by British wildcard Cameron Norrie.


Struff had his best Grand Slam result by reaching the fourth round of the French Open, where he lost to top seed Novak Djokovic in straight sets.
