Why does Jayson Tatum grab his ears?

Jayson Christopher Tatum Sr. is an American basketball player who was born on March 3, 1998, with the Boston Celtics in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

He was a McDonald’s All-American from a Missouri high school who later played basketball for the Duke Blue Devils in college.

Tatum attended Chaminade College Preparatory School in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

After his 13.3 points and 6.4 rebounds per game as a rookie, which helped the Red Devils win the MCC and Missouri District 2 titles, he was named the 2013 Metro Catholic Conference Co-Player of the Year.

He had a 26.0 point and 11.0 rebound average as a sophomore in 2014.

Why does Jayson Tatum grab his ears?

Tatum pulls both of his ears before every game, among other things. The reason he does that before each competition has piqued the interest of viewers. He does it as a tribute to his devoted granny.

Tatum also said that he prays every time before the competition begins.
